Our company is a Swiss financial intermediary affiliated to the supervisory body SOFIT (formerly OARG), active since 2013, specialised in the structuring and monitoring of investment operations in private debt sector from commodity traders or industrial exporters of goods based in Switzerland and abroad.

As this area of investment requires specific expertise, particularly in legal matters, we work in close collaboration with an experienced law firm based in Geneva, whose founding partner is a former head of the legal departments of the world's two major international trade finance banking groups
He is well versed in both Swiss and English commercial law, applicable to international business.
In the area of receivables purchase we work together with experts in the field of receivables purchase ("Factoring") and credit insurance. The head of this company was the founder of the Swiss branch of one of the world's leading credit insurers.
